Jesus of Nazareth, who was born between 6 BC and 4 BC, is the central religious figure of Christianity. Even though the Ministry of the Jewish preacher lasted only 3 ½ years, he had a profound impact on the entire world. In fact, his teachings are the foundation of the world’s largest religion, which has more than 2.4 billion followers, accounting for more than 33% of the world’s population. To us Christians, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Messiah prophesied and heralded in the Old Testament. Whether or not Jesus Christ did really exist is often debated. However, even secular scholars and historians agree about the actual existence of Jesus. Thanks to numerous accounts – aside from biblical scripture – it is generally accepted that Jesus Christ truly walked on earth more than 2000 years ago. If you want to learn more about the truly inspiring teacher Jesus of Nazareth, have a look at the following Jesus quotes.
The teachings of Jesus Christ allow you to learn more about the greatest religious leader and certainly the most influential teacher who ever lived. His profound statements give you great insights about Jesus and his teachings. But who was the man that inspired billions all around the world?
“He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone.”
Jesus Christ, John 8:3
To most – but not all – Christians, Jesus Christ is not only the Son of God but God incarnate in the flesh. As such, God chose to become a human being not to judge mankind but to save the world. In his great love for humanity, Jesus sacrificed himself – he died for our sins. Without this great sacrifice, there would be no eternal life for sinful mankind.
As it is declared in the Old Testament, all those who sin will die and that there is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood. For this reason, God sent his Son to be sacrificed and to provide redemption for mankind.

43.
“The gospel is absurd and the life of Jesus is meaningless unless we believe that He lived, died, and rose again with but one purpose in mind: to make brand-new creation. Not to make people with better morals but to create a community of prophets and professional lovers, men and women who would surrender to the mystery of the fire of the Spirit that burns within, who would live in ever greater fidelity to the omnipresent Word of God, who would enter into the center of it all, the very heart and mystery of Christ, into the center of the flame that consumes, purifies, and sets everything aglow with peace, joy, boldness, and extravagant, furious love. This, my friend, is what it really means to be a Christian.”
Brennan Manning

N.T. Wright
47.
“Jesus is the starving, the parched, the prisoner, the stranger, the naked, the sick, the dying. Jesus is the oppressed, the poor. To live with Jesus is to live with the poor. To live with the poor is to live with Jesus.”
Jean Vanier

“The way of Jesus cannot be imposed or mapped – it requires an active participation in following Jesus as he leads us through sometimes strange and unfamiliar territory, in circumstances that become clear only in the hesitations and questionings, in the pauses and reflections where we engage in prayerful conversation with one another and with him.”
Eugene H. Peterson
50.
“Jesus didn’t escape from death; he conquered it and opened the way to heaven for all who will dare to believe.”
Steven James

“Jesus’s resurrection is the beginning of God’s new project not to snatch people away from earth to heaven but to colonize earth with the life of heaven. That, after all, is what the Lord’s Prayer is about.”
N.T. Wright
52.
“If your life is Christ, then your death will be only more of Christ, forever. If your life is only Christlessness, then your death will be only more Christlessness, forever. That’s not fundamentalism, that’s the law of non-contradiction.”
Peter Kreeft
53.
“For those who feel their lives are a grave disappointment to God, it requires enormous trust and reckless, raging confidence to accept that the love of Jesus Christ knows no shadow of alteration or change. When Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy burdened,” He assumed we would grow weary, discouraged, and disheartened along the way. These words are a touching testimony to the genuine humanness of Jesus. He had no romantic notion of the cost of discipleship. He knew that following Him was as unsentimental as duty, as demanding as love.”
Brennan Manning
54.
“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Billy Graham
57.
“It is to the Cross that the Christian is challenged to follow his Master: no path of redemption can make a detour around it.”
Hans Urs von Balthasar
58.
“We were in darkness when we were outside of the knowledge of Jesus and when we were not followers of Him. Yet now that we have this knowledge of Jesus Christ and this relationship with Him, we have become light and we are to live as light.”
Todd Coburn
59.
“There is no other way to determine the difference between the will of God and the crafts of Satan… Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life… The Holy Spirit of God is the Comforter…”
Israelmore Ayivor
60.

“Remember Jesus of Nazareth, staggering on broken feet out of the tomb toward the Resurrection, bearing on his body the proud insignia of the defeat which is victory, the magnificent defeat of the human soul at the hands of God.”
Frederick Buechner

“I believe that Jesus would have given His life for just one person. Jesus emptied Himself, He humbled Himself and He so yielded Himself to His Father’s love that He had no ambition of His own. He was not looking to build an empire, He did not want praise or adulation or to impress people with who or how many followed Him. He stopped over and over again for just one person, for just one life.”
Heidi Baker
63.
“Jesus promised his disciples three things – that they would be completely fearless, absurdly happy, and in constant trouble.”
William Barclay
64.
“He, the Life of all, our Lord and Saviour, did not arrange the manner of his own death lest He should seem to be afraid of some other kind. No. He accepted and bore upon the cross a death inflicted by others, and those other His special enemies, a death which to them was supremely terrible and by no means to be faced; and He did this in order that, by destroying even this death, He might Himself be believed to be the Life, and the power of death be recognised as finally annulled. A marvelous and mighty paradox has thus occurred, for the death which they thought to inflict on Him as dishonor and disgrace have become the glorious monument to death’s defeat.”
Athanasius of Alexandria
65.
“In the Cross is salvation; in the Cross is life; in the Cross is protection against our enemies; in the Cross is infusion of heavenly sweetness; in the Cross is strength of mind; in the Cross is joy of spirit; in the Cross is excellence of virtue; in the Cross is perfection of holiness. There is no salvation of soul, nor hope of eternal life, save in the Cross.”
Thomas à Kempis
66.
“The Lord gave the wonderful promise of the free use of His Name with the Father in conjunction with doing His works. The disciple who lives only for Jesus’ work and Kingdom, for His will and honor, will be given the power to appropriate the promise. Anyone grasping the promise only when he wants something very special for himself will be disappointed, because he is making Jesus the servant of his own comfort. But whoever wants to pray the effective prayer of faith because he needs it for the work of the Master will learn it, because he has made himself the servant of his Lord’s interests.”
Andrew Murray
67.
“For me, the most radical demand of Christian faith lies in summoning the courage to say yes to the present risenness of Jesus Christ.”
Brennan Manning
68.

“Just keep asking yourself: What would Jesus not do?”
Chuck Palahniuk
70.
“The sinners to whom Jesus directed His messianic ministry were not those who skipped morning devotions or Sunday church. His ministry was to those whom society considered real sinners. They had done nothing to merit salvation. Yet they opened themselves to the gift that was offered them. On the other hand, the self-righteous placed their trust in the works of the Law and closed their hearts to the message of grace.”
Brennan Manning

Jesus embodied the truth. He taught by example who we truly are, sons and daughter of the One God, same as He. As sons and daughters of God we are destined to realize the Truth that Jesus embodied and revealed to us.
TO MOST?? BUT NOT ALL?? This is like saying Most Christians Believe in God but not all… <
Age 21, took all of that time to learn this for myself.
Try to believe and you feel the difference

Jesus would be upset if he were to see how the people of earth are doing the very thing he didn’t want for them to do, idolize him.
He wanted his followers to walk the path of Christ. He told his disciples that they would be able to cast away demons as he did and that they would accomplish greater things.
Jesus Christ walked in man’s shoes to show man how it looked like to do so through physical existence. Jesus was the physical vessel that carried the temple of God within, through Christ. Just…like…you…if you chose to. This is what Jesus wanted.
And all you gotta do is start believing.
After Jesus’s death the physical people of earth did what Jesus did not want, to be idolized. Jesus once said to let the dead bury the dead. So, people need not to worry about Jesus the vessel and start to look within your own vessel which was explained clearly by Jesus where we would find God, in his temple, through Christ, you.
Christ is our connection to God.
You’ll find Christ in the temple within you.
Now go find that real light within you & be weary of the artificial light that misleads.
